Boonville Barn Collective - Whole Dried Red Serrano Chiles

These California grown serrano chiles are left on the plants till they are fully ripe and red. This transforms their searing heat to a mellow, sweet, almost wheaty chile to add depth without heat to a dish. Red Serrano chiles can be ground into sweet chile flakes or used to make a flavorful mild salsa. Sun ripened throughout the season, these chiles were hand harvested in October 2021 and dried whole. Each 1.25oz bag contains approximately 25 chiles.
