Boonville Barn Collective - Whole Dried Cascabel Chiles

These California grown Cascabel chiles have so much more flavor than you'd find in generic dried chiles. They are spicy, nutty, and incredibly earthy. Use Cascabel chiles for salsas and enchilada sauce. Sun ripened throughout the season, these chiles were hand harvested in November 2021 and dried whole on our farm in Boonville, CA. Each 2oz bag contains approximately 10 chiles.
