Boonville Barn Collective - Whole Dried Ancho Chiles

These California grown Ancho chiles have a mild heat notes of earthy raisins. They add rich red color to stews and are a classic addition in Mexican cooking. Ancho chiles are an incredibly versatile chile that can be used to make salsa, mole, romesco sauce, salsa macha, and fresh chile flakes. Sun ripened throughout the season, these chiles were hand harvested in November 2022 and dried whole. Each 2oz bag contains approximately 5 chiles.
